Why January is the BEST time to reflect:
December is all kinds of hectic with little room for deep reflecting and envisioning, never mind getting out of stretchy yoga pants. Taking January to settle in allows us to intentionally create the mental space to dream, envision, and plan - there is NO need to rush this process.
Our Schedule
1:30-2:00: Welcome + introductions + Kick-off visioning activity + Group brainstorming
2:00-3:00: Envisioning activity with Jessica’s Strategic Life Design Framework + Discussion
3:00-4:00: Individualized vision boards/collage creation +Informal discussion + Reflection
4:00-4:30: Sharing circle ~ insights, a-ha’s, and intentions + Possible next steps
